The clinics below are for School Aged Children.

This includes students entering Kindergarten in Sept 2024 up to Grade 12.

Note: It is important that you book your child’s appointment under the CHILD’s name AND please provide the CHILD’s date of birth.

Please create separate profiles for each child under your account.

Do not book for COVID only vaccines at this site.

If your child is anxious, needle phobic or requires special consideration please call the health unit directly

If your child has been immunized at a physician’s office, or out of the province we may not have the record of those immunizations. Please call the health unit to report those immunizations or submit your record online here at least 48 hrs before your appointment. Without a current immunization history, we may need to use your appointment time for planning and may need to book a separate appointment for immunization due to time constraints.

Note that your child may have the opportunity to be immunized at school. Public Health Nurses run clinics during the school year for students in Kindergarten, Grade 6 and Grade 9. You should receive a consent form before the clinic.
